# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It tastes like a real treat but comes packed with protein, so you can enjoy it guilt-free.
  • The whole thing takes five minutes to throw together, then the freezer does all the work for you.
  • You can customize every single bowl based on your mood—berries one day, chocolate the next.
02 -
  • Freezing time is non-negotiable—trying to use it before it's solid will give you a sad, slushy mess instead of proper ice cream.
  • The ratio of yogurt to milk matters more than you think; too much yogurt makes it dense, too much milk makes it icy.
03 -
  • Make multiple pints and line them up in the freezer so you always have a ready-to-go bowl waiting.
  • If you don't have a Ninja Creami, a regular ice cream maker works, or you can just let it soften slightly and scoop—the end result is equally satisfying.
