→ Phyllo Cups
01 - 24 mini phyllo shells
02 - Cooking spray or melted butter
→ Filling
03 - 8 ounces Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 24 small cubes
04 - 1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
05 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray or brush the inside of each phyllo shell with cooking spray or melted butter.
02 - Place one cube of Brie into each phyllo shell. Top with approximately 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of chopped pecans. Garnish with a few rosemary leaves if desired.
03 - Arrange filled phyllo cups on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the Brie is melted and the phyllo edges have turned golden brown.
04 - Let the cups cool slightly for 2 minutes, then transfer to a serving platter. Serve while warm.
